Nicholas is my 7th great grandfather. Next in my line is Nicholas's son William and his brother Thomas is next in your line so that is where our families branch off. It probably makes us ninth cousins or thereabouts. I was going to tell you about the Fessenden genealogy but from your dates, it seems that you may have already found it. It is available at most historical libraries. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
