Hello Donna,
Maybe I can help you. In my records I show the following:
Family Group Sheet
Husband: Phillip Allen Fesperman
Born: October 29, 1816 in: Albemarle, Stanley County, NC
Married: January 20, 1877 in: Stanley County, NC
Died: November 09, 1885 in: Stanley County, NC
Father: Michael L. Fesperman
Mother: Leah Dry
Other Spouses: Elizabeth A. "Bettie" Carter
Wife: Elizabeth Morgan
Born: Abt. 1834in: Stanley County, North Carolina
CHILDREN
Name: Charles Fesperman
Born: April 1882

Elizabeth Morgan was the second wife of Phillip Allen Fesperman. His first wife was Elizabeth A. "Bettie" Carter. They had ten children and I have all of them listed in my records. If you would like this list let me know.
If you could provide me with a little more info about your grandfather maybe I could definitely identify him. When did he marry your grandmother, Neel Shaver? Did your grandfather have any brothers or sisters that you know about? I don't have any other siblings listed with him for Phillip Allen Fesperman and Elizabeth Morgan in my records. Best regards, Raymond
