My father, Henry Hilton FESMIRE, left me a book that traced a good portion of the FESMIRE line However, that book is currently on loan to my half-brother. I am trying to get it back. The book was byAnn Fesmire Khalid, from either Shreveport or Baton Rouge, LA. (Again, memory could be faulty here)

If I remember correctly, the first FESMIRE listed was Martin who immigrated to N. America from the Rhineland area of Germany. This was in the 1700's.

Sorry I don't have more on this right now I only re-started this search in the last few weeks and haven't turned up much.
