SEEKING INFO on Henderson Co TN Ancestors
Have limited info.
I am a descendant of Peter Craven G-son Thomas who married lydia Fesmire, their son was Balaam who married Mary Vanderford. They had a daughter RC (? Carolyn) Craven who married James Maberry Todd. One of their children was Ballam Fesmire Todd, and another was James Riley Todd which is my G Grandfather via William Bass Todd, my grandfather.
I am supposed to have many relatives in Henderson Co TN via Fesmire/Craven/Todd lineage. I do know a few in Jackson Co TN but they are via my grandmother's side.
All were supposed to be barrell and pottery makers from the Carolinas, where Germans-Fesmires married into Native Americans, moving west into Tenn.
Any assistance appreicated.
