I am working on a HARRISON line for a cousin. They were from PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY VA.
A GEORGE E. HARRISON b. abt. 1840 VA married in Richmond, Henrico Co. VA for the second time to ELLEN C. FERRITER who was born about 1854 in INDIANA.I don't find Ellen on the 1900 census of Henrico Co though.George is on the 1910 census of Henrico Co as living as in inmate in the "City Home", a home for the poor.I don't have a death date on either one.
BELOW ARE FACTS THAT I HAVE FOUND ONLINE.

PAROCHIAL SCHOOLS
The first parochial school in ANDERSON was taught by Mrs. Maggie Ryans, nee Mohan in 1858.The school was taught in the small Catholic church that stood where the present church is located.Mrs. Ryan was succeeded by John Finley, who taught until 1866, when he left Anderson.Mrs. Patrick Skehan, nee Collins and MAURICE FERRITER afterwatds had charge of the school.
((( I don't think Ellen had any children with Mr. Harrison.I suspect that several of Maurice's children, ie: James, Ellen and John, moved to Richmond VA by 1890.)))
Maybe you can find a death date for George and Ellen or maybe where they are buried in Richmond.
