Hi John - my grandfather, John Thomas Ferriter, was born on the Dingle peninsula 24 June 1874. His parents (from his Westfield, MA marriage application) were Thomas Ferriter and Margaret McKenna. I have Thomas's parents as James Ferriter and Mary O'Shea. I suppose there may have been more than one Mary O'Shea in Dingle, but I'm hoping that somewhere along the line "Sean" got mis-translated and James and John are the same guy. Any clarification that you can provide would be appreciated.
