Ferris family in NY & NJ

Looking for information of Charles Ferris married to Jane Bloodgood (american indian) in late 1800's. Their children were Cornelius, Theodore, Robert and Benjamin (there may be others). The sons mentioned above grew up in an orphange in Hoboken, NJ. Any information would be appreciated.
