father was b. in Connecicut)
Eli married NANCY FITCH Dec. 1, 1858 in Stark Co. IL.
Their children were:
ISAAC JASPER FERRIS, b. June, 1859,
m. ALICE ROSE MERRIAM, Jan. 1, 1882 in Kossuth Co. IA.
SILAS MARTIN FERRIS, b. 1861 in PA
JAMES M. FERRIS, b. March, 1863 in PA
FREDONIA JENNETT FERRIS, b. 1868 in IA
BERT B. FERRIS, b. Oct. 1877 in IA
