I am a descendant of this line also. Reed Ferriss and Anna Tripp was my grandfathers, gggrandparents. My grandfather was Arthur Ferris, his parents were DeWitt Ferris and Louisa Cooley. Dewitt's parents were Benjamin and Celestia Cook Ferriss. Benjamin was the son of James and Mary (Molly) Calkins Ferriss and James was the son of Reed and Anna Tripp Ferriss.
