I replied to your message the other day and do not see that my message was posted. My father's family is also from Accetura in Basilicata and came over in the late 1800's to NYC. They all still live in that area with the exception of myself (Boston area)and a cousin who is teaching in Cinncinnati. My grandfather's name was Francesco and my grandmother was Filamena Filardi. My grandmother's sister married a Giannantonio and they also lived in NY. I would guess that we are related in some fashion. I will try to find my "tree" at home and send you some additional info.
