Jennette adverse possession/quiet title law suit

My husband and I were just served with a quiet title lawsuit for the tracts of land in Jessamine County, KY which include the Ferrell Cemetery there. I'm thrilled. My brothers and their wives were also named defendants. I have no thought of getting title to this land but it is the land which my ancestors homesteaded in Kentucky. My husband and I visited there in October 2000 and met Joe Jennette and his wife. His wife showed us the cemetery and the place where the log cabin had stood. I have a dressed stone from the chimney sitting on my desk. So old Joe and his wife have died and his children are trying to quiet title. Some of the legal descriptions are wonderful with the locations being - the old cherry tree or a stone or someone else's land. My brother, a retired lawyer, is laughingly threatening to contest the action. I hope he does file an answer just to get more information.
