Sue Peters-Ferree,
I found TWO people with the name "John Franklin Ferree" on my genealogy database and BOTH born in 1879. One was married to a Millie Noah and the other to an Ada Eleene Sanders.
Of course when you back in time there are bound to be errors, but having two with the same name born in the same year PLUS the one you are asking about is extreemly confusing. do you have any additional information? you can contact me on my email address and i will give you additional info that i have if it helps.
