St Francis Xavier Parish Record, Union County Leader,
I could notfigure out with any certainty who her
parents were. Once census record gives her place of
birth as Texas, another, New Mexico. You can write
to the Union County Clerk to request a copy of their
marriage license and certificate. Include full names,
maiden names/alternate name spellings and date of
marriage. It should give you dob and place of birth
for both Sotero and Matilde. You may also e-mail theCounty Clerk first to ask how much the marriage
certificate will cost. It should not be very expensive.
