Dear Friend,
I have a Great-Great Uncle whose surname was Fernandez Pirianez who came from Istan , which is close to Malaga southern Spain, when he was 11-12 years old and he went to America possibly from Cuba back in 1830-50.
I wondered if there was any connection or have you ever heard the name Pirianez in conjunction with Fernandez.
My Mother's maiden name was Benitez Fernandez and her Father was Fernandez Sanchez, whose Brother had married into the Pirianez family.

Happy searching.
Daniel Carlton.
