My name is Amy Graham. For a while now my mother, Ruth (Mooney) Beechem,
has been coming to different geneology sites and talking with people about the
Mooney (and other family names) family tree. For those of you that would like to
update your family tree I have news that may help. Kind of sad news. For nearly
2 years Ruth Beechem has been suffering with accute lukemia aml 101. Before
christmas she went to Ann Arbor, Michigan to get a bone marrow transplant. The
chances of the transplant working were 50/50. Sorry to say that in the last week
of January Ruth Beechem died. Mother had wonderful doctors that did all they
could to save her life. Mother was just not strong enough to hold on. Just thought
everyone should know. My father, Michael Beechem, said he has still been
getting people emailing mother from geneology sites. If you know the wonderful
lady I am talking about or know anyone that does, please take the time to update
your files or pass this news on to others.
