John Hyland born abt 1827 Ireland. Married
roughly 1850-1855? Ireland? Scotland? England?
Possibly to a Mary or Maria Ferguson.
Why I say this is because of the following:
1. John & Mary or Maria had a daughter Mary, who,
when married to my paternal great grandfather
Coleman had a son named Thomas Ferguson Coleman
Sr., who, when married had a son Thomas Ferguson
Coleman Jr., coincidence, I think not. Mary and
Great Grandfather Coleman had another son Clark
Hyland Coleman named after his grandfather Hyland
so would it stand to reason that possibly my
paternal grandfather and my father were named
after Grandmother Mary or Maria (Ferguson?) Hyland? Let me know if this family rings a bell.
Mary or Maria and John may have had a daughter
Elizabeth born in Ireland? England? Scotland or
possibly in IL USA in 1860 after they arrived here in the US.
