David Well, the Yettons and the Ferdinandos certainly appear to have been 'close'! To add to your map searches I thought you might like to know that in 1841 Henry and Elizabeth were living in John Street, BG. I haven't found them in 1851, but in 1861 and 1871 they were at 8 Bonner Lane. Rachel was born in Holywell Lane BG (on 28 January 1830) and in 1841 she and her family were in Blackwell Street. I've found her in 1851 as a visitor with the Hoy family in Edgar Place, MEOT, but haven't so far found the rest of them including Eliza (in 1852 there's an entry in the workhouse books saying her father Gerrard had deserted his second wife, so I guess the family was a bit broken up and scattered by then). Thanks for setting up this forum - hope it's a success. Best Hilary Hale
