"Harold M. Fenstermacher, former owner of the East Penn Weaving Company, Topton died Friday, March 23, 2001, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, near Allentown.
Fenstermacher, of 44 E. Weis Street, Topton, was the husband of Ester S. (Epting) Fenstermacher.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Francis D. and Flossie (Fegley) Fenstermacher.
From 1936 to 1960, Fenstermacher was also a secretary and treasurer of the weaving compant, as well as the owner.
He had been employed for 14 years as a bookkeeper and office manager by City Coal and Fuel, Allentown, last working in 1975.
Fenstermacher was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Topton, where he was a deacon and an elder. He had also been a financial secretary there from the late 1940's through the early 1960's.
He was a founding and charter member of Topton Fish and Game Association, where he served as a treasurur for mroe than 20 years. And he was a life member of the Alburtis Nimrod Fish and Wildlife association.
Fenstermacher ahd been a financial secretary of the Topton Fire Company Beneficial Association for more than 30 years.
He is also survived by a daughter, Sandra A. (Fenstermacher) Wagaman, Binghamton NY, and three sons: Randall H., Maine, and Thomas S. and Steven G., both of Allentown.
There are also five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
