My Fenno family also comes from Bedford, IA. They descend from Edgar Dea Fenno who was born 1833 in French Canada and died 1896 in Siloam Springs, AR. He was married twice, first to Celinda Randall who died in Bedford, IA and second to Rebecca Caroline (Brewster) Rogers who died in 1908 in Siloam Springs, AR. The children of Edgar and his first wife were all born in Bedford. Edgar signed up for the 9th Iowa Calvary in Davenport, Scott County, IA. I believe that Edgar's father was George W. Fenno and his mother Pheobe. Most likely, your Ann Fenno was George's sister. Edgar had a daughter named Ann Fenno with his second wife. The younger George in the cemetery listing is the son of Edgar. This makes me believe that he was named after his paternal grandfather. And why would someone move to the same city as another Fenno family, and be buried in the same cemetery if he wasn't related? I'll let you know what I find, but I do think that Ann was a sister to George W. Fenno born in 1800.
