Looking for information on Lieutent Commander Fenn, he was in command of the USS Fort Wayne during WWI. The Ship was in commision from December 1918 and Decommissioned in April 1919. She made one cruise to Italy in January 1919 and was homeported in Norfolk, Where she returned in April 1919. I am looking for any information on CDR Fenn and his crew, names, photos and any information on the cruise it made. I am trying to put the history of the USS Fort Wayne together. Thank you Paul
