Having read your message, I realise that I made a mistakeabout George Henson Fenn/Cannon DOB 1856 by mixing him up with his cousin Henson Fenn. Henson was born in 1852 in Islington, was the son of Patrick & Elizabeth,( nee Henson) and does not appear to have married, according to the censuses. When I checked Patrick & Elizabeth's marriage certificate,Ingram Patrick was listed as being Patrick's father. So George & Patrick were brothers & their sons and grandson all had Henson and Fenn in their names.
I have found George & Matilda in the 1851 Census living in Kennington Lambeth. George's occupation is that of omnibus conductor and George H Cannon aged 4 was listed as being George Fenn's stepson. George Fenn was born in Walton in the Naze in Essex.
I have also found details ofan Ingram Patrick Fenn on the London Burial list, which can be accessed by going to the Findmypast site and by entering Fenn under the London burials at Spa Field Burial Ground. As well as Ingram Patick, there are a number of other Fenns.
I have also found baptism details about an Ingram Patrick Fenn born around 1794 on a website of the village of Ardeleigh in Essex. I can let you have the details if you want to follow up this line further.
