Jean, I may have some information for you. I have a Thomas Hanson Marshall Fendall II, who was born 1-25-1845 in Richmond Co., Georgia. I did not have any additional information on where he lived or who he married. However, I have his ancestry and his sibling information. He was the son of Dr. Thomas Marshall Fendall (1819-1897) and Sarah Ann Johnson (ca. 1824). Dr. Fendall was born in Richmond Co., Georgia and died in McAlester, Oklahoma. Between 1860-1890 the family removed to Choctaw Nation, Oklahoma, where he practiced medicine. Thomas and Sarah had a large family (11 children). Dr. Fendall was the son of Dr. Thomas Hanson Marshall Fendall I (1782-1823) and Sara Marshall (Dent) Briscoe (1783). This Thomas Fendall was the son of Dr. Benjamin Fendall (1753-1817) and his first wife, Anne Marshall (1759-1785).

I am a direct descendant of Benjamin through his second marriage to Elizabeth (Hughes) Rudolph (1762-1827).

I would love to hear any additional information you have come up with on this, and would love to see a copy of the picture you found of Ona. My e-mail is: fendall@charter.net
