Hi John
I noticed your posting and was wondering if this is the first evidence of when the Feltis family entered Australia. I had always been led to believe that we arrived on a ship called the Thistle as a First Mate and our name was Feltis or perhaps Feltus or even another mispelled version.
My grandfather was born early 1900's (Victor George)in Eden I think!! He named one of his 4 children John Feltis who lives in Campbelltown NSW today.
