I have done work with a line of Feller(s) that migrated west from Northampton County, PA. The name Commodore Perry Fellers (CPF) is so distinctive that I am certain that I have not previously encountered it and it should be easy to trace. I located him in:
1900 census for District 57, Swanwick, Perry County, IL
1910 census for District 96, Blair Precinct, Randolph
County, IL
1920 census for District 105, Blair Precinct, Randolph
County, IL
1930 census for District 34, Sparta, Randolph County, IL
I did not find him before 1900, so I did not get his parents, although his father was born in TN and mother in
IL. The parents of Albina (sometimes Alvina) were born in
IL.

CPF was born 11 Mar 1873, Alvina Sep 1873. They had four
children that made the census:
John Raymond Fellers, born Jun 1897
Mildred Mayetta Fellers, born Sep 1899
Leonard N. Fellers, born ~1901
Esther Fellers, born 1909

Frank Henderlite, born ~1865, a brother of Alvina, is
living in the household at the time of the 1930 census,
7 Apr 1930. If you can figure out the parents of CPF,
I may be able to place him in the Feller(s) framework as
I know it.
