Howard Folker, of Phila., was born at Davisville, Buck County, March 15, 1857, s/o David and Elizabeth (Wilson) Folker. David Folker was born in Buckingham, Bucks July 15, 1826, s/o James and Mary (Hurlinger) Folker. He died Feb 23, 1892. He married Elizabeth Wilson, born Sept 4, 1826, died Nov 11, 1892, d/o Esekiel Wilson, who was born July 11,1789 and died April 28, 1854, his wife was Elizabeth Dungan, born May 31, 1794, died Aug 1850, d/o John and Mary (Hyle) Dungan, and great-granddaughter of Rev. Thomas Dungan of Cold Springs. Children of David and Elizabeth (Wilson) Folker were; Mary,died a baby, Charles White, of Camden, NJ., Howard Oliver, and Horace Conrad.
John Dungan Wilson, 2nd son of Ezekiel and Elizabeth (Dungan) Wison, born Aug 17, 1817 and died Sept1, 1875. He married Lucy Ann Lewis.
Howard O Folker, married Annie. Forney, d/o Peter and Mary Ann (Henning) Forney of Anniville, Lebanon Co. Children; Lucy, Wilson, of Phila., Marian Henning, Alma Foreny, Judson LeBarre and Irene Stine.
Dungan, John, the great-grandfather of Mr. Folker, was a son of James and Rebecca (Wells) Dungan, was born in 1753 and died March 28, 1798/ He was a farmer of Northampton township, Bucks Co. He married Mary Hyl, and had 4 children; two sons Uriah and Jonathan and two
daughters.Esther who married William Hibbs, Jr and Elizabeth, who married Ezeckiel Wilson.
