Thanks for the response. I followed up with a separate email and after hitting the send button, I did one more "google." I hit an ancestry.com website that I not seen before that provided a little more information than I had before and I now feel you are right. Check these two web sites.

I had NEVER heard Felder's Battalion referred to as an Artillery Battalion. I had seen Captain Robert's VOLUNTEER RIFLE Company and assumed they were infantry.
