Hello Jurgen, saw your message on Genforum regarding Ferenabach. It is interesting you mention clockmaking.

We have one Ferenbach/Ferenbaugh family connection in Knox County, Ohio, a Joseph Ferenbach/Ferenbaugh who was a master clockmaker, and also imported clocks from Black Forest in mid 1800's.
Joseph Ferenbaugh married our Susanah Stillinger.
