This may or may not be helpful. My GGGgrandfather Benjamin C. Feese b1805 had 2 sons. Cornelius b.1833 I do not know the name of the other. Cornelius had 8 children one he named Harrison. Harrison is a name which appears several times in the family. Could your William's brother be Cornelius? Could Cornelius have named one of his son's Harrison after his brother? My family often used middle names of relatives for children.
