Hi has anyone got any further information on the origin of this family group.
Patrick Feeney Father Born 1776, Thomas Feeney Born 1814
Bridget Feeney formerly Conroy Born 1817, Children of Thomas and Bridget: (born in Manchester)Edward Feeney born 1846 and Mary Feeney born 1843.
Residing in Manchester in 1851 at 69, Bennett Street.
They are my ancestors and I think that they may have originally come from Roscommon fleeing the famine.
I am trying to find out where in Ireland they came from: The county, parish and town or village. Do we share a common ancestor?
Any information or suggestions would be most welcome.
Many thanks
