7 O'Feeney brothers immigration to U.S.A. in1792

I am looking for information regarding 7 O'Feeney brothers that immigrated from Ireland to the U.S.A. in 1792 I would appreciate any help. I believe they may have changed their name to Feeney when they got to America. One of those 7 brothers may have had a grandchild who served in the Union Army in the Civil War as a Surgeon/Medical Officer- the story goes that he sent his orderly out for coffee, and when the orderly returned, he was gone and was never heard from again.
