Michael J. Feeney, born about 1866 in D.C., was on the police force in Pittsburgh. 1930 census shows him in Allegheny Cnty, Penn, living with wife Margaret A. and daughter Frances, (another daughter, Madeline, is not listed as part of the household at that time). His occupation is listed as detective. Michael J. Feeney also appears in the 1920 and 1880 census. Madeline Veronica Feeney married a William F. Fritsche. As your message is old, imagine you already have this info. Do you have additional information on the Feeney side?
