Born in Scranton, Pa. 1895. Parents James Feeney and Mary Gallagher, both from Ireland. Died 6-18-1945 in Scranton. He had two brothers that I know of, James and Bernard. He had at least one sister but I am unsure of her name. Joe served in the Navy during WW1. He worked as a switchman for the Lakawana Railroad and had an accident aprox. 1930 in which he lost both feet. Does this ring any bells for anyone??????
