William I. Fee, D.D. wrote two books about his experience as a circuit minister in 1800's Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. John Pattison is given several pages in BRINGING THE SHEAVES, published in 1896 by Cranston & Curts of Cincinnati. His second book, GARNERED SHEAVES, published in 1900 by Curts & Jennings of Cincinnati contains many references to other early preachers, but I don't see John Pattison among them.
Both of these books can be found occasionally at antiquarian book dealers via an internet search.
