Rick: The Faders from NS have been traced back to Johann Henrich Fehder born abt 1715 in Isenburg Germany. He came to NS in 1752 on the "Sally". The name Fehder in German means Feather. The descendants have used various spellings, including: Feader,Fader,Feather,Feder, and Fether.
