We are still searching for our grandfathers info. He was born Frederick Featherstone in sub-district of Strood, County of Kent, England, March 3, 1887. His parents were Robert Featherstone and Ellen Jane Featherstone formerly Wickens. Frederick was married to Elsie Elizabeth Boon (nee Mildren) inToronto, Ontario in 1920. He had been a letter carrier for Canada Post and it is believed that he was married previously and had a son, Frederick, born approximately 1900. Frederick and Elsie had a daughter, possibly adopted, in 1921. Frederick died of complications from an accident while on his mail route in 1936. His family had been living in London, Ontario. Frederick had been with the 18th Battalion and was an Army veteran. If you have any info on this family, please reply to this message.
