Connection of Fawkes and Spofford (Spofforth) families?

My 15th great-grandfather, Bryan Spofford (1495 - 1540) - married ALICE FAWKES of Leeds, Yorkshire. Trying to find out if she's related to GUY FAWKES, also of Leeds, Yorks. That would be an interesting family connection!

Alice Fawkes was the daughter of Walter Fawkes (1484 -) of Leeds.
