As I said previously your names match up with Dave Dobson in Canada. I have e-mailed him with your names you are researching and given him this website to contact you.
I do believe that somewhere we do have a link as my 5 x Gt. Grandfather lived at Flights Farm Ledbury and it was passed to his youngest son John. I do believe that Dave's ancestors had some connection with Flights Farm which makes me think there is a connection.
According to the tree I have in front of me your Joseph b1757 Cradley married to Hannah Powell is listed as having parents Joseph b1714 Cradley married to Dinah.
