Here's a little more info:

William Fawcett appears in the 1900 census with his wife, Sarah (born in NH) and my grandfather, Frederick S. Fawcett.

Only problem, Sarah wasn't William's mother - - Agnes Allusia ("Alice") Burke was. Frederick was abandoned to the care of Alice's sisters.

Can't find a marriage record for William and Sarah. There is a marriage record for William and Alice but it seems like cover.

No record of William after the 1900 census.

William's brother Frederick didn't leave too many tracks - - he left Quebec, settled in Cambridge, Mass, married Mary McGrady (nee Connell), worked in insurance and died in 1921.

Any info / help would be greatly appreciated.
