MR. ELY J. EDMONDSON, of Pueblo, Colo., and MISS GOLDIE B. FAWCETT were united in marriage Wednesday morning, at 8:30 o'clock, Rev. Evans, of the Methodist Church, performing the ceremony, in the presence of the relatives and a few intimate friends. The bride is a daughter of MR. and MRS. D.C. FAWCETT, was born and raised in this city, and is a pleasant and refined young lady with many accomplishments. She is well fitted to perform the duties of a home. She wore a dark blue traveling suit with hat and gloves to match. The groom formerly resided in this city also, graduating from the High School in the class of '94. He is a young man of integrity and worth, and holds a lucrative position at Pueblo, Colo., with the Colorado and Wyoming Railroad Co. They departed Wednesday morning on No. 3 for Pueblo, Colo., where the groom has a home already prepared, and where they will be at home to their friends at 6891 South Union Ave., after Nov. 1st.
The Leader joins their many friends in the best wishes for a long life, blessed with happiness and prosperity.
