Further to my earlier email I have found an electronic version of the book at

This confirms the Sutton connection, the author has signed the preface, Somersham, 1823. Somersham is just a few miles from Sutton, and amongst the list of subscribers is William Faux Senior, of Sutton

The book is both about immigrants and agricultural practices
