Have a problem here.
What should I believe a death record or Dr Howard Faust Book?
Our William Henry Faust death record says his father was John Faust born in Philadelphia, Pa..
Book says our William Henry Faust Father was Abraham Faust Jr..
No family members alive to help.
Mother in law says that her grandfather William Henry Faust could have had 15 children. She did say that a set of twins were born to William Henry Faust and Anna Elizabeth (Straub) Faust and they (twins) died young. She also recalls a aunt she called Ellie.
We have no idea if William Henry Faust was married more than once?
I do know that mistakes happen on death records.
Also grandaughter Mrs. Emma (Faust) August Pracht in Wheeling West Virginia might not have known alot on her grandparents in Pa. when her father died.
