Larry,
As I understand it, veterans could only apply for pensions after 1830, or something like that. Since Capt. Joseph Taylor died in 1810, that otherwise fine source seems to be ruled out.
I'll send you the abstract of the deed with Faunce Taylor in it as soon as I can.
