Looking for additional information concerning Anna <Faulks> living in Jefferson Co. Alabama around 1830 until after 1865. Listed in 1850 Census as a widow with seven children. Anna lost three sons in Civil War and her husband died bet. 1841-1850.

Ann C Faulk married John Lewis Belcher 19 Sep 1865 in Jefferson Co. Alabama and sister Lucinda A Falk is living beside John Lewis and Ann Belcher in Jefferson Co. AL in the 1880 Federal Census.
Francis and Judson both died about 1861 as soldiers and Lewis died at Petersburg, Virginia 30 Jul 1864. He was in most all of the big battles of the Civil war and almost made it to the end.
I am also looking for a connection to the Taylors of Jefferson County. The William Taylor family is living next door to Anna <Faulk> in the 1850 Census. The younger Anne's mother-in-law is Nancy Taylor Bercher.
