I'm looking for tips on the family of John C. Fawkner (possibly Faulconer) who was in Kentucky roughly 1800-1825.
He had at least three children:
Cornelius Fawkner
Mariah Fawkner married Alexander Williams, KY abt 1827
Sally (Sarah) Fawkner m. Stephen Stone, Mercer Co, KY 1816
John C. Fawkner remarried in Orange County VA to Nancy Ann Faulconer in 1828 (see James G. Faulconer book, p. 90).
Research questions:
1. Who was John C. Fawkner (parents? where born?)?
2. Who was his first wife?
Also, does anyone know of a Mumford Fawkner from this era?
