I was trying to find out more about Nancy Lewis, whose name I'd seen in some deed abstracts in Spartanburg, SC, around 1809. I found that I had a Nancy Lewis in my FTM file, dau. of Joseph Lewis and Nancy Faulconer. So I was looking on GenForum to see what I could find about her or her parents. The Nancy I have married Davis Verson; I have a bit more information on the Vernon line. As you can see, I have very little data on any Lewises and less on Faulconer--and don't even know if this Nancy is the one who was in SC. Perhaps you can shed some light. The following is what little I have.

ii. NANCY LEWIS, b. Abt. 1805; m. DAVIS VERNON, December 18, 1827, Warren Co., KY; b. 1801.
