Jury of inquest on 15 Jun 1843 in the death of LEWIS McW. LUNSFORD; LUNSFORD was found to have been killed by JAMES SOUTHERLAND, A. S. DAVIS and WILLIAM PERDUE with a rock during a riot at his own residence on 14 Jun 1843. I would be very interested in having some verification that Sarah, the dau. of Richard Faucett, was the Sarah Faucett who married JAMES JACKSON LEWIS. It would also be good to know the relationship of the heirs to Franklin W. Faucett [was he the illegitimate son?], the news story of his murder, and Richard's wife's name. A tall order!
