Searching for information of William Robert Fast born 1921 in Barton County, MO to Wm. Oliver Fast and Lena Laura Bowman Fast. He was a brother to Oliver, Harold, Lewis, Ruth Pauline, Vasco Martin, Howard Clinton and Elbert.
He enlisted in WW II in Michigan but gave his nativity state as Nebraska. He went missing in action in 1945 while serving on a B 29 as a Radar Operator in the Pacific theatre and presumed to be dead.
There is a stone monument in the Farnam cemetery
with the following information: born...15 Dec 1921 and died...3 Jan 1945. Would like to find out more about his connection with Farnam and his family.
