May we correspond about the Fast family in Fayette Co PA.
Questing for information on the Jacob Fast you mention.
One or more of the Fast family seem to go on to Decatur Co IN, at Salt Creek twp. At least there is a recorded marriage of Salome Fast to Daniel Robins, and it would be possibly his second wife,more likely his third wife.
The reasoning is Daniel Jr.,b1823, Jefferson Co.OH, an 18825 child if born, I cannot identify, then my Hanson M. Robbins b.1827. Then a bit later Daniel Sr. marries Salome, and what becomes of them I cannot see as yet.Only know that there was a land deed between Adam Fast and Daniel Sr. at some point. Perhaps they are Bro-in law.
Daniel Sr.is also earlier married to a Maple in the OH marr. records. There were several of them from Fayette Co also, moving into Jeff Co.OH in 1800-1820 era.
Seems many Fayettes moved to that tri-co area.
William Robbins, a Rev. Sol. and pensioner (DAR papers) was from NJ to Fayette Co PA, to Columbiana-Carroll Co OH.

I can see no other parent, uncless it is Adam Fast, for the SALOME FAST who marries, my Daniel Robins Sr., in the
1820's probably.
