I suspect that the family member being interviewed by the 1860 census taker misunderstood the question (or the census taker himself may have caused the misunderstanding) so that Mary Jane and Lucinda were listed with the rest of the children, even though they were both married at the time and also listed with their husbands.
There is also a marriage of Amanda E. Farris to John Chilton Holder in Franklin Co. TN 12 Mar 1846. She is reportedly the daughter of James and Catherine Farris.

I have not identified the parents of the C. C. Holder who married Mary Jane Farris, but THINK he is probably a son of Mark M. and Anna Matthews Holder. His name appears to be Lee C. Holder, rather than C. C., unless he had 3 given names and was Lee C. C. Holder. Sure would like to know for sure what his name was and who he belonged to!
