Seeking information primarily about BENJAMIN FARRER, born c1798 in/near Lowestoft, Norfolk, England.
Who were his parents and siblings? I know about him as an adult man but his birth/baptism and childhood are mysteries. By 1841 BENJAMIN was living in Newington, Surrey and he remained in the area. His occupation was 'Cordwainer' or 'Boot and Shoe maker'.
BENJAMIN FARRER married twice. His first wife was ELIZABETH MARIA SPURDEN whom he married 1820 Lowestoft and the second ELIZABETH FOWLER from Southwark, Surrey. His children, born 1824-1845 included: William Frederic, George, Eliza, James Frederick, John, Augusta Ann, Edmond, Mary, Emily and William.
Any information will be greatly appreciated as BENJAMIN FARRER is proving to be an ancestral brick-wall!
